Free Online Gerber Viewer

• The whole manufacturing set in one go — a ZIP, RAR or 7z archive, a folder, or the loose files
• Gerber RS-274X, including X2 file attributes: draws, flashes, arcs, filled regions and aperture macros (the rounded-rectangle pads KiCad 6+ writes)
• Excellon drill files, plated and non-plated, in inches or millimetres
• Layers are recognised from KiCad, Altium/Protel, Eagle, EasyEDA and generic file names, or from the X2 attribute inside the file; a mapping dialog shows the result and lets you fix any layer it could not place

• The board in 3D — copper, solder mask, silkscreen, drilled holes and the outline, top and bottom
• Each layer on its own in a 2D view, the way the fab will image it
• Nets inferred from the copper: Gerbers carry no net names, so connected traces, pads and vias are grouped and you can click one to highlight it
• Measurements between any two points

The same files can go straight through a manufacturability check against the published limits of JLCPCB, PCBWay, HQPCB 华秋, JiePei 捷配: trace width and spacing, drill size, annular ring, copper-to-edge clearance, silkscreen, and missing files such as no drill file or no outline. Checks that the files cannot answer are marked as not evaluated rather than passed.

How the DFM check works →

• KiCad — PCB Editor: File → Fabrication Outputs → Gerbers, then Generate Drill Files in the same dialog
• Altium Designer — File → Fabrication Outputs → Gerber Files, and NC Drill Files for the holes
• Eagle / Fusion Electronics — the CAM Processor (your fab's CAM job, or the default one)
• EasyEDA — Fabrication → PCB Fabrication File (Gerber); the downloaded ZIP already holds the drill files
